Faculty Mentoring for Teaching

The Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI) at the University of Toronto undertook a research study to examine faculty mentoring for teaching that includes a review of the mentoring field, U of T faculty mentoring experiences, and a Divisional environmental scan of U of T faculty mentoring programs and initiatives. U of T administrators, faculty, and staff who work directly or indirectly with faculty may draw upon the report and its recommendations to determine the  most appropriate mentoring approach  and/or model highlighted from the evidence presented in this research report. Please check back regularly to this page for practical tip-sheets and guides.

In early 2017, CTSI conducted a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Faculty Mentoring for Teaching Pilot Program and have since released a P2P Mentoring for Teaching Pilot Program Report.
