Peer-to-Peer Faculty Mentoring for Teaching Program: Call for Applicants

How will participants be selected for this program?
The 2018-2019 cohort of the Peer-2-Peer (P2P) Faculty Mentoring for Teaching @ U of T program is open to 30 participants – 15 pairs. Participants will be selected based on the following criteria:

• the written rationale submitted as part of this registration form
• tri-campus representation in the pilot
• optimal matches along cognate discipline/teaching context lines
• partnerships in similar streams (e.g., tenure and teaching stream)

Priority will be given to those who are able to participate in ALL CTSI facilitated meetings/workshops where they will engage with their mentoring partner and the broader mentoring cohort:

• December 13, 2018, 1-4pm
• January 22, 2019, 1-4pm
• May 2, 2019, 1-4pm
