As the Coordinator, Programs and Strategic Initiatives for the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI), Kelly collaborates with CTSI team members to design programming and resources aligned with CTSI’s mission advancing teaching and learning across U of T. Over the past 9 years at CTSI, first at the front desk then as Assistant to the Directors and Special Projects Officer, Kelly is now using her knowledge of CTSI and the broader teaching and learning community to help organise teaching workshops, courses and events, including the annual Teaching and Learning Symposium. In addition to providing support around programming and strategic initiatives, Kelly enjoys collaborating on the visual communications for a variety of CTSI projects.

Prior to joining the team at CTSI, Kelly worked in marketing for a technology company. Kelly completed a B.A. (honors) from Queen’s University and holds a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications from Sheridan College. In 2019, Kelly graduated with a Masters of Information from the University of Toronto’s iSchool with a concentration in User Experience Design.
